Attractive desktop client for Twitter and Facebook
There are a bunch of social services out there, but in the end the ones I use most are Twitter and Facebook. This is why I found Bdule so useful!
Bdule is an attractive .NET based desktop application that you can easily install on your system – as long as you have an updated copy of .NET Framework installed. The program features an eye-catching interface with a choice of several templates; you can pick the one you like best and also choose where to display each service.
Bdule offers desktop connectivity to Twitter and Facebook – you'll have to authorize the latter – and lets you check your friends' online activities as well as send your own updates without constantly being checking the correspondent websites. The Twitter client is quite complete and offers all the basic tools (reply, retweet, mark as favorite…) but the Facbook one is too simple and only displays the news feed.
In all Bdule is a handy way to stay on top of your social networks, though at the same time it lacks some basic configuration settings. Also, you can't minimize it to the system tray.
Bdule is a nicely designed desktop client that enables you to follow your friends' activities and update your status in both Twitter and Facebook.
